Iyengar Yoga, Level 1: This class is perfect for students with some yoga experience and students who want to fine-tune their alignment. We practice foundational standing poses, backbends, forward bends, and inversions.
Iyengar Yoga Levels 1 & 2: For students who are well practiced in Level 1 postures, including Salamba Sarvangasana (shoulderstand). Level 1 postures are refined and more complex standing, seated, and twisting postures are explored. Sirsasana (headstand), full arm balance, backbends, and Pranayama are introduced.
