Iyengar Yoga, Level 1: This class is perfect for students with some yoga experience and students who want to fine-tune their alignment. We practice foundational standing poses, backbends, forward bends, and inversions.
Iyengar Yoga for Beginners: This class is perfect for anyone who has been wanting to try yoga. The teacher will demonstrate every pose, showing you how to safely come in and out of it. This class will help you build strength and flexibility, improve balance, and cultivate mental calm and clarity.
