Thank you for visiting EdenYogaNH.com. I am excited to tell you all about Genesis: An Introduction to Yoga, a program I’ve been working on for the past year.

It’s easier to learn and retain information that is presented in multiple formats. That’s why this program includes videos, photos, transcripts, and interactive learning via live video conferences.
Simple ~ Convenient ~ Effective
That’s my goal: to help you easily incorporate the benefits of yoga into your life.
How does it work?
There are two programs: Gentle or Athletic
Gentle ~ This is for you if you are:
- Recovering from illness or surgery
- Concerned about your balance
- Have knee or hip replacements
- Looking to gently build strength, stamina, and flexibility
- Suffering from chronic fatigue
- of advanced age and/or weight
Athletic ~ This is for you if you:
- Suffer from general stiffness
- Are looking to improve strength and flexibility
- Want to improve posture and alignment
- Are tired of everyday aches and pains
Both programs offer improved:
- Strength, flexibility, and stamina
- Energy Levels
- Mental calm and clarity
- Ease of living through yoga philosophy

When you sign up, you will have access to BOTH programs!

Knee issues? If, for example, you are in “good shape” but have knee (or shoulder, or back, etc…) “issues”, we can use a combination of the two programs.
How many new videos are there each week?
There are three videos per week: one hour-long class, plus two short (18-25 minute) sessions to help you integrate that week’s information and develop a consistent yoga practice.
Plus, you will have a transcript of every video with photos of the poses. This is a great reference guide!
How will I know I’m doing a pose correctly? What if I have questions?
No worries–that’s what I’m here for! I am always available by email. And even better, I will be available via live video conference many times per week. You can show me exactly what you are unclear about. And if you need an alternative version of a pose, I can show you exactly what to do.
Video conference? I’ve never done that before…
Again, this is going to be easy! I’ve chosen the simplest platform out there, because the purpose of this program is to reduce stress, not cause it! I email you a link. You click it. Your phone or computer will ask for permission to access your audio and video. Click yes. That’s it. Next thing you know, it’s like we are hanging out in the same room!
