This workshop is designed for beginners and is beneficial for all levels. We’ll awaken the core muscles and begin creating a balance of mobility and stability in the hip joints. Benefits include:
-Alleviate low back pain
-Strengthen the abdominal muscles
-Release tight hips
-Strengthen the gluteal muscles
We’ll also address tight hamstrings and weak glutes, as these can often contribute to pain in the hips and low back.
