Amanda Fay

Hello, I’m Amanda! I am a Pre and Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist, Diastasis and Core Consultant, and Women’s Holistic Health Coach. My goal is to reach as many women as I can during this special time in their lives and to give them valuable information no one is talking about in the modern birth world. My areas of expertise include pre and postnatal corrective exercise, group fitness, fertility awareness, ovulation tracking, preconception planning, mindfulness, and holistic nutrition. I believe holistic pre and postnatal care can help bring about future generations of vibrant health that will help lead the world.

Along with private and semi-private training, I also teach weekly pre and postnatal group fitness classes across New Hampshire and I am a Head Coach for Fit For Birth. Check out my website to get a full list of classes, events, and workshops!

Kieran Doucette

Hey there! I’m Kieran Doucette, Birth Doula, HypnoBirthing Practitioner, and Pre + Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist.

My passion for working with soon-to-be mamas and new mamas began when my friends started having babies of their own. I loved watching their journeys, hearing their stories and seeing them grow their families. And once I began my family is when I decided to take steps to work in this space. I spent time doing research on the history of birth in our country to understand where we’ve been and where we are headed and took several trainings to give me the knowledge to support my desire to strengthen women during this time in their lives.

I enjoy all parts of what I do, but absolutely LOVE building women’s strength and confidence and a favorite way for me to do that is through teaching pre + postnatal fitness. Preparing women to labor and deliver babies and helping them to sustain and build strength back after birth is such a privilege to me. It really allows me to be part of the journey for the long term – which I treasure! Teaching group fitness is so exciting for me because the energy from soon-to-be mamas and new mamas is infectious.

In addition to my fitness offerings, I also teach private and group HypnoBirthing classes and offer Birth Doula services.  Visit my website to see all the details.
