Gentle Strengthening

We start with gentle strengthening poses to warm up our muscles, then rest in supported poses to deeply release tension.

To give everyone an opportunity for some mental & physical care and restoration, I’ve added another day!

Restorative Yoga

Relax into supported poses to release muscular tension, melt away mental stress, and facilitate deep breathing. Learn some introductory pranayama techniques, which help us use the breath as a tool to maintain steady energy levels.
