What are live stream classes?
Livestream classes are taught on a specific day and time. You sign up and arrive on time, as you would with any class at a studio. However, all you have to do is walk over to your computer, tablet, or phone and click a link. Voilà! You have arrived at class!
If your camera and microphone are on, you can interact with your teacher and classmates. Once the class begins, your teacher will mute everyone and her screen will be front and center so you have fewer distractions as you practice. You can unmute yourself to ask a question at any time.
We use Zoom. It is very user friendly.
Go to Zoom.us and sign up for a free account. Download the app to whichever device you want to use. It will walk you through step-by-step. After you sign up for a class on the Eden Yoga site, you will receive a link via email. A few minutes before class, click the link and you are all set!
How do I sign up for a live stream class?
Check out our class schedule and be sure to select the class labeled “Zoom” when signing up.
*Please sign up at least 20 minutes before the class starts so we can email you the link.
